Easy way to find all replies to a sent email

Is there an easy way to select an email I sent and search for all replies (or more generically: all emails with the exact same subject line and with me as the recipient)?

I know I can set up “watch for replies” and I can also show my emails in “conversation view” format. I don’t want to use the former as I am sometimes looking at very old emails. Conversation View might work but I only want to see the conversation subsequent to my sent email. (In other words, I want to start with an email in my Sent box.)

Here is one way.

Check Contact Communication History

Right-click on a sender’s email address and select “Communication History”
This opens a complete chronological list of every message you exchanged with that person, so you can filter and quickly locate specific replies.
You can also view this history directly in the right-hand ‘Sidebar’ under ‘Contact Details’.
