I am having an issue with proton mail. Every message is show as duplicated on the primary inbox. Using emClient version 10.4.4209 (d96494b).
Disable the All Mail folder in the Proton Bridge and then you should see each message in eM Client only once.
In Proton Mail Bridge open Settings > Advanced Settings and uncheck “Show All Mail”
If that does not help we will need more details - can you maybe check one message that has a copy and check the original and the copy’s folder location (right-click inside message>Properties)? Can you share screenshots of those two message properties?
