duplicate items when i open an item on my iphone

when i open an email on my iphone, and then later open up my em client on laptop i find I often get 2 items, instead of using the deduplicator which doesnt work on all items I would rather it didnt happen at all as it causes me extra admin work. Is there a setting I can change to fix this?


Hello Steve, unfortunately I’m not quite sure what you’re referring, can you please make a screenshot of the issue? What mail service are you using with em Client? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
