Since weeks, I found a lot of duplicate emails in my foldersā¦ It sucks and drives me crazy!
Also, it takes ages to open certain emails, move them or scrolling through. No itās not due to my Mac, the last one, M3 chip and half full Go, it should work very smoothly, as it did when I installed Em Client a year agoā¦

Since weeks, I found a lot of duplicate emails in my folders.
If you have duplicated messages, you can run the built-in Deduplicator in eM Client on Mac via āMenu / Tools / Deduplicatorā.
Before running the Deduplicator, make a Manual backup via āMenu / File / Backupā incase you need to restore for any reason. You can see when the backup is complete in Show Operations via clicking the drop-down on the right of Refresh.
By the way where is the VIP support, is it this forum?

For VIP support go to the following page and login with your registered email address and password at the top left and create a support ticket

If you have an eg: IMAP type server based mail account, you speed up the process of reading and opening attachments etc via enabling downloading messages and attachments offline.etc.
You go to āMenu / Accountsā. Then click the IMAP tab and you will see under āSync Optionsā to download messages and attachments etc as in the V9 and V10 eM Client Yahoo examples below.
