Duplicate emails in "All Inboxes folder", for a G-suite mailbox

I upgraded to V10 then I started to have 3 of the same email in the "All Inboxes" folder, for a G-suite account. If I go to the account inbox in em-client I only see the emails once. I do not have the account in em-client multiple times. I also tried deleting the account, then readded the g-suite account and same issue, 3 email show up in All Inboxes" folder.
Any assistance on how to fic this would be appreciated!

Right click on the extra emails in All Inboxes and click “Properties” and it will show you what Gmail labels (folders) they are in.

Could be those extra emails are connected to multiple Gmail labels or other accounts which then only show in All Inboxes.

Thank you… I just checked, as per you instructions… Looks like my multiple Gmail accounts (QTY3) all authenticated to the same one/single account. I deleted all three, re-added into em client… made sure authentication was for the correct gmail account and not it display correctly… just the single message, not the three.
