I can no longer drag emails from my inbox to other folders
what version of eM Client are you currently running? Check the Help>About section for full version number, please.
What mail account does this issue happen on?
I’m using version 6.0.24928.0 with an Office 365 account. I can still drag and drop by logging into Office 365 webmail, but the functionality stopped working in emclient about a week and a half a ago.
is there any error message in Tools>Operations window when you try to move your folders?
If so, can you copy it and the content of the Log tab?
There was no error message. It just didn’t work. Rebooting my PC seems to have rectified the problem. Thanks.
