When attempting to drag and drop emails from inbox to data files it has stopped working intermittently. Are there size limits to data files or folders within data files that would cause this?
Im not aware of data file limits. Have to tried unmounting and remounting the data file ?
Also “apart from your current .emdf data file” which is having this issue, if you create / mount a eg: new test data file can you drop emails onto that from your inbox ?, or can you not drop emails onto any data files.
thank you for your reply. I have numerous data files and it was happening sporadically i.e some emails were fine being dragged and dropped to various data files and others were not. There was no pattern to it which is why it was so odd.

Ok as its happening sporadically with numerous data files and unmounting and remounting the data files hasnt helped, suggest then if you have a current active paid Pro, Personal or Business version to go to the VIP Support page and login and lodge a support ticket for offical assistance.
