Draft email problem - cannot delete

I am unable to delete a Draft email. I have tried to move it to Trash and Junk without success.

I would welcome advice accordingly.

Have tried:

Highlight email and use the garbage can icon to delete?
Right-click, choose Delete ?

If you have tried the above and you are using IMAP, right-click the Draft folder, click on Properties and choose “Repair”

Success!

The obvious Delete option did not work nor did the Repair function in All Mail properties.

However

  • I mistakenly shut down eMClient too quickly.
  • On restarting emClient, the application ran a series of checks and corrected various errors including the Draft email problem.

Problem solved.
