Draft e-mails without recipients show as having "undisclosed recipients"

Steps to reproduce:
-Create a new e-mail.
-Don’t add any recipients.
-Save it as a draft.
-View it in the drafts folder.

The e-mail is shown as being to “undisclosed recipients”. I don’t think this is accurate.
