Just as I get to the end of my free trial, eM Client has started to download all my hotmail messages again. Done it twice in a couple of weeks now. Could this be related to the recent upgrades?
Does it mean that eM Client has lost the database of hotmail emails?

What version of eM Client are you currently using?

although it was the immediate previous when I posted the probem.
I have 2 years of hotmail messages. It starts from 2012 downloading them all again, as if the account was created in eMClient for the first time. Takes a day.
Hi John, does this keep reoccurring each time the messages are downloaded again?
Do you have the account setup as an AirSync account (automatic setup) or as an IMAP account (manual)?
Can you please go to Tools > Settings > Advanced and turn on AirSync (or IMAP) logging for this problematic account?
- Save the settings
- Restart the application
- Replicate the issue
When the issue occurs, please go back to the advanced settings window and click on “Send logs” and send the logs to my email, [email protected] with a reference link to this forum topic.
