downloaded, but wont open

Just dl 4 times but cant get it to run or open. ?? 
im using vista7 
any ideas ??

is there any error message when you try to run the setup?
Are you able to run other MSI files?

no nothing. a spining cursor for about 5 seconds. then nothing.

i cant see other msi files that i have run. just done a search.
new to pc. ive come from the other side… mac. dont tell anyone. they will burn me at the stake

Hello Robert,
just try to download and install any other MSI file from a site/software creator you trust.
The issue could be with your windows installer.
Do you perhpas have all Windows OS updates installed?
