Download pictures does not work

I click the download picture option on the email and the pictures still do not download. There is still a x and box where the picture should be and the download pictures option is gone

is this issue with all emails or only with some from same sender? What eM Client version (help - about) and what email account provider do you use?

It is with all emails with pictures. using the 5.0.194 of em client. Using bluehost for a email provider

could you send me one or two of these emails exported into .eml as attachment to [email protected] together with this topic’s issue?
