For some reason my eMclient account will no longer open up the above. It used to! What has gone wrong and what do I have to do to resolve this?

If you right-click on the attachment and choose Save As, can you open the file from Windows Explorer?

Thanks for your reply. However I tried that but it would not open. The same problem is now with my Outlook email app.

If the same issue is there with Outlook as well, then I think this has to do with your OS settings, where you need to assign an application to open MP4 files.
