Hello Sarah,
does this happen during installation or when you try to run the program?
Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the program?

I HAVE THIS EXACT PROBLEM , I have uninstalled and then tried to reinstall the program only to have the exact same error message appear again.

My same problem as well.  Can’t run a repair either - same access denied issue.  Any advice?
