Does upgrading give the 3 licence version?

I have emailed [email protected] but got no reply as of yet.

I have a 9.2 pro licence.

Appears to be only valid on one pc. I want to install on my laptop as well.

If I upgrade to the version 10, do I get the three pc licence version or do I need to buy a whole new v10 licence for that?
