Hello, dear em-client community, since yesterday I am testing em-client and find the software fantastic. Finally I have the possibility to synchronize IMAP, Exchange Mails and Google Calendar with one single software. What bothers me: Is there a way to synchronize the colors of the Google calendar? Unfortunately, I can’t do that. Sorry for my bad English. Many greetings from Germany,

Once the calendar is setup in eM CLient, right-click on the calendar and you can manually change the color to match what you have on the server.
Hello Gary, thank you for your answer. I would like to know if it is possible to display the colors of the Google calendar in em-client. In the Google calendar I use different colors, which are displayed in other calendars, e.g. on my mobile phone in CalenGoo. Unfortunately not in the EM-Client software. So is there a way to display the Google colors in em-client? Thank you in advance for your answer.
Hi Rainer. Sorry I misunderstood. You mean the category colors and I thought you meant the color for the whole calendar.
I am not sure as I don’t use Google Calendar. Maybe someone who does can comment further.

Yes, that’s right. I meant the Colors category from Google. Maybe someone else has an idea how I could solve the problem.

I tried, but I couldn’t find any option to fix that. I believe it is not possible, and it would help me a lot as well.
I don’t use Google Calendar, but what happens if you create the exact same category in eM Client with the color you want. Will that override the random color used when syncing an event from Google Calendar?
Unfortunately I can ́t create different categorys in Google Calendar. I only can choose one of the given colours.
As I said, I don’t use Google Calendar, so I am not sure what the limitations are when using that. But you can create a duplicate category in eM Client, and give it your preferred color.
If you do that, do you see the preferred color in eM Client?
