Distribution list update

After updating to 9.0.1708, I can no longer update a distribution list.
Message " Unsupported Feature This folder does not support editing of distribution lists from external applications " when trying to update a list.
However it does go into the list maintenance screen and I can add a name to the list, but when trying to save the list the same message comes up again and the only way out is to cancel.

Can’t create a new distribution list either. Same message appears.

Also Error in client/server conversion has suddenly started to appear after latest version installed.

Very annoying.
