distribution list no valid recipient msg

Sending e-mail using a dist. list. After I type in the name of the dist. list in the TO area. eM client recognizes the name but when I try to send the msg. I get *Msg. doesn’t have any valid recipients* error msg.??

Hi, if you open the distribution list in your contacts, is it displayed correctly are all the recipients there? Can you maybe make a screenshot of the distribution list’s details?

Hi again Brent, sorry for my belated reply, can you please export the distribution list and send it to me by email ([email protected]).

Also are you having issues with all your distribution lists or just this particular one?
