When I create a distribution list in contacts, the list is promptly converted to a single contact and the list is eliminated. I am synching with outlook.com
Hopefully, I solved my own problem. I figured out how to place my distribution lists in a local folder in eM Client. The haven’t misbehaved since. Outlook.com and eM Client don’t seem to be able to synch distribution lists, at least for the time being.
