If I go to Tools>Settings>Mail>Attachments, no attachment extensions are listed and there is the message “There are no actions defined.”
I would like to add extensions so that I may view them in received emails.
How do I add extensions?

You can actually set up the rules when you double click an attachment in your email and a window asking you what to do with this type of attachment pops up.
You can check the option to remember this choice and it will set up the rule in the settings.
