My sub-folders have disappeared from my PC client, but are on the server still, and are ok (I can access them via logging in to Virginmedia). How can i fix this? I tried to recreate them on the PC but they were all deleted just after I had reentered them all.
Was your mail working before? Did you upgrade to the new eM Client or is this your first time trying? Are you connecting using IMAP or POP3?
Just as a reference, has your account move to the new Gmail server yet? There have being report with problems in the transition. And you only need to post your problem once.
