Diagnostic ok but not receiving emails

I am not receiving email, but I didn’t change password. In other apps (such email on Mac), my email works. Just em client does not let me receive emails (with the red flag of error close to the account).
What can I do?

Need more information.

What version of eM Client are you running, and what Mac OS do you have ?

Also what sort of account is it eg: POP, IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud ?

Also what is your Incoming mail server address, port and security policy ?

Also are you running any optional eg: Firewall / Security programs, or optional Antivirus programs or VPN’s ?

Lastly click the dropdown arrow on the right of “Refresh” and click Show Operations and then click the “Log Tab”. Then look for any obvious errors and paste them in this thread.
