I receive messages in Japanese but EM Client detects the language as Malay and does not translate it correctly. Any fix for this?
I also have a similar problem where it detects the Bosnian language in my email instead of Croatian.

Clearly I do not know how you have eMC configured.
You should check:
Menu ->Settings ->Mail ->Translation ->Your chosen language is selected
If this does not resolve your issue perhaps you should raise a ticket.
