Desktop Update Caused Outlook Calendar Syncing To Fail

Hello Community.

I’m a lifetime user and recently updated eM Client dekstop.

After some testing I realised that syncing between Outlook and Dektop was failing, whereas Outlook and mobile is fine.

I’ve tried repairing the account and removing Outlook account and re-adding without improvement as well as uninstalling and reinstalling.

All new items are no longer syncing.

How do I resolve this?

Here is the error I am getting tonight. Is there a fix for this?

What version of eM Client do you have ?

That’s an old V10 nearly around a year old.

If you originally installed eM Client directly from the eM Client website for Pc or Mac, go to the release history page and download the latest version V10.4.5326 & install that and see if that fixes it.

Before installing first “Make a manual backup of eM Client via “Menu / Backup” incase you need to restore for any reason. You can see when the backup is complete in Show Operations via the dropdown on the right of Refresh. Then close eM Client and install the update.

If you originally installed eM Client from the Windows Store then “see if there is a later version in the Windows Store” as there should be by now and install the update and try again.
