Suddenly I’m getting a message when I open the app that the period has expired. I can no longer send or receive messages.
When I attempt to get a new license it tells me I already have one.
When I go through the lost activation process it tells me its sending me the license
Since I can’t send or receive messages I can’t receive the email.
I don’t have webmail for this account. Can the license be sent to an alternative account that I can access via the web? I’m running out of ideas here
