I am a new user. Delivery Status Notification function does not work in eM Client and another mail clients.“Read receipt” function works good.

Delivery notifications are provided by the email server. Most servers do not provide those as when a message is not delivered the server should send you a message advising you of the failure regardless of whether you have asked for a notification or not.
So rather than clogging the Internet up with 300 billion delivery confirmations each day, just those that fail are sent. Hopefully a lot less.
That means, assume the message is delivered unless you explicitly hear that the delivery failed.
Even though the notification is practically obsolete, as it is a standard, we still have the option for those whose servers provide the service.
