Hi there. I want to delete a folder from my rogers webmail server. Will that same folder be deleted from my eM Client Local Folders, where it currently is located?

No, deleting a folder from the server will not affect Local Folders.
In this image, the green arrow points to a Local Folder, whereas the red one points to a folder on your webmail server.
Deleting the folder on the server will remove the red one from eM Client.
