Deleting folders crashes eM Client

Hi,

I am too facing the same issue. Even when there is a single email in the Trash and I select Empty Trash it hangs.

When killed and restarted it prompts for database repair and takes almost 15-20 mins to verify the consistency.

Hi Yagnesh, sorry to see this, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? What mail service are you using with eM Client?

I’m afraid this might be a database issue, can you please try to download and run this database tool, http://www.emclient.com/tools/dbrepairrebuildall.exe and run the tool on your computer, to check if there are any corrupt database files that may be causing this issue?

The utility will try to repair the corrupt files and in case it fails it should display an error after the database check is finished, please let me know if the issue persists after database repair.

Hi Paul, Had repaired the database using the tool and shall monitor it.

For information I am using “6.0.21372.0” version of em client which was downloaded 2 days back. I have configured Google Apps Mail account with IMAP.
