If I delete an email from the Trash it deletes the email from the sub folders I have filed them in. I have tried moving and copying to new sub folders but makes no difference. So I started to move them at the end of the process from my Trash folder but they appear back in my sent folder. Please help.
It may be that your cache is corrupted. Right-click on the top folder (probably named with your email address) and choose Properties > Repair.
