Hello. Today i accidentaly deleted my account. Is it possible to recover it? I do not have any backup.
Hello Edward, not quite sure what you have in mind, if you’ve removed your account from eM Client, just set it up again using the new account wizard in Tools > Accounts > New account. Unfortunately it is not possible to restore your data from the database once you’ve removed the account from the account settings.

I have found an eM client folder called Shadow(Windows 8.1). Can I restore my data from there?
Hello, not really quite sure what folder you’re referring to, as far as I know, there’s no such folder containing your data. In order to restore your data you would require a valid eM Client backup, if you haven’t used the backup feature you won’t be able to restore your data.
