How can I delete all appointments which are older than one year?

Hello Denis, unfortunately it is not possible to remove items using a date filter, but you can display all calendar items before certain date in agenda using the search feature,

use before: MM/DD/YYYY format for search to display the old events and use Ctrl+a and delete to remove the old items.
