Hello, I would like a button in the top bar to delete all the recycle bins at once. This option is only available under Menu - File - Delete all recycle bins. Unfortunately, no shortcut is provided for this either. Please install.

The toolbar across the top is for actions on messages, not folders.
But if you have the Trash visible in the Favorites section above your account folders, you can right-click on that and choose Empty Trash. It will empty the Trash from all accounts.
