Delete a Contact from the Auto-Fill Feature When You're Writing a Message

Hi, I deleted a contact, but the email address continues to show up in auto-fill when I begin typing names into the To/CC/BCC fields. Is there any way I can permanently delete it? She’s at a new company, and it’s a bit problematic if accidentally send stuff to her old address…

Hi Richard, the all the emails displayed while typing into the to field are either saved in your contacts or cached from your previous conversations.
If you don’t want to see the recipient displayed again , you should be able to click the red cross next to the email address while the auto complete shows this address.

You can also go to Tools > Settings > Mail > Compose and display/edit the whole recipients history.
