Can someone help me with the purpose of the BULK MAIL folder? I thought it was for spam, but it also gets legit mail that is not spam (gets most spam too).
Is it possible to have a “this is not spam” function to teach eMC what is and is not spam similar to the Outlook spam filter?
Or maybe I can just create a “rule” to redirect known good email to the IN box?
Looks like a Yahoo folder. I have a yahoo account, but don’t use the email. I set it up to test on EM Client, and I see the Bulk Mail folder. I logged in on yahoo, and moved an email to the “Spam” folder online and it moved to my Bulk Mail folder on EM Client.
It’s probably Yahoo moving them to your spam folder. You probably need to log into Yahoo from time to time, and check your Spam folder. Mark and that aren’t supposed to be spam as “Not Spam”.
