Initiating an email attachment from a document on the desktop is not working. “Mouse right-click > send to > mail recipient” generates an error popup “there is no email program associated to perform the requested action. Please install…”
eM Client is registered as the default app. I am using Windows 10 Pro 64-bit as in the attached screen shot.

Hi,
To resolve this issue, go to Control Panel in Windows, navigate to “Programs and Features” - Turn Windows features On or Off and enable .NET framework 3.5.
It was already enabled. For good measure I turned on the subfeatures as well and rebooted. No effect.
Sorry to hear that, in that case contact me at [email protected] and we will try and assist you further with this issue.
I have exact same issue as well. Same software. I even tinkered with my registry to add DLLPath c:\program Files (x86)\eM Client\MailCient.Mapi.dll. Should I delete the other email client entries?
