Hi, please may I ask if we are any closer to enabling the ability to set a default font colour that kicks in automatically when composing a new email? I can see that this feature has been requested for at least the last 11 years and this doesn’t surely seem too much to ask for in a paid premium email app?

By default text doesn’t have any color, which is important because you don’t know if your recipient is using a light or dark theme. If you decided on a dark text color, and they are using a dark theme, they might not have the light/dark toggle in their application like we do, so won’t be able to read your text.
But if you really want to do that, you will need to create a template, and specify the text color there.
