Default Category

As I understand it, new emails from a business are categorised as Promotion. How can I change this to No Category?

If you are using eM Client for desktop, “drag it to the category you want” eg: Primary and you will then get a prompt confirmation appear to change it for future which will then also automatically move it to that category.

If you are using the eM Client mobile app, “after opening the email”, click the 3 dots at the top right and then select No Category on the dropdown menu.
