Deduplicator moved all mail to trash, malformed MIME, and now cannot sync

I ran the deduplicator. All my mail (one account) went to trash. Now all that mail does not upload to server, regardless of the folder I move them to. The error msg includes, “malformed MIME.” I also still get duplicates for all my mail…and of course will not run the deduplicator again. I’ve tried moving the mail to another client, but in call cases the messages show up blank. How can I fix so that I can get my mail back on the server?
