dear all, i have tried to delete some folders, but its not removing, how do i stop sync those folders?

Hi hans thanks for the reply. Am using the latest version. Started using two days ago only. I am using my company mail. Not any mainstream providers. I have a huge eml file folders which i tried to import from windows live mail by creating a subfolder under inbox. By mistake i ha put this on server instead of local folders. Now i am getting errors . i have tried to delete/ move this to local folders but all in vain. Now i am stopped receiving mails, but still able to send. Please help.


Hi, can you maybe try setting up the account again and let the import move to your local folders as you wanted in the first place?
Or please go to Tools > Settings > Advanced, and turn on IMAP logging for the problematic account.

Are you receiving any errors from the application?

oops, i forget to mention here. itw working. i don’t know  what went wrong. anyways it seems like the problem is solved. however this is a fine piece of software man. now i am installing this for all of my colleagues… thanks.

But please note that for commercial use you have to purchase a license in order to use eM Client in your business.
