Hello,
the error states that the “database disk image is malformed”, which means eM Client cannot access the database files because they have been corrupted somehow.
Make sure the disk that contains the database is not ruined, run Checkdisk, make sure no other application is editing the database folder (default location C:\Users%windows user account%\AppData\Roaming\eM Client)
