How do I create a filter rule using dates? IE: move all messages older than 360 days to another folder
Unfortunately the age option is not available in eM Client. You can however use a specified date in the Rule. So move messages older than 20 March 2020 to a folder. Not the same, I know, but that is as close as you will get.
Hi Gary. That would work but I cant work out how to get that into a rule. Is there an example of that feature anywhere?
You are correct, what was I thinking?
It can be done with Search Folders, but not Rules, as Rules only apply to new messages as they arrive. Selecting a previous date for a Rule would not function.
