Hello David,
This error might occur when you’re starting an older version of the program with a new database. By any chance, didn’t you downgrade to a previous version of eM Client recently? If so, please go to eM Client’s database folder and rename it. Then restart eM Client which will create a new database in the supported version.
Russel
This error occurred with the first installation of eM which hung. I uninstalled eM and installed a fresh client hoping that it would not crash. Then the client hung again. Both versions were the same.
Thank you for your reply.
David
