cybersmart cannot get email

I use as my isp , since they changed their mail server i cannot get my emails anymore and have to use the webmail client (are there any setting that you are aware of that will make eMclient work again(BTW my gmail is still working fine in eMclient)

Maybe you will need to change the host, port, and/or security settings of your e-mail account?

Hi Marius, if your ISP has changed their server settings, eM Client unfortunately can not detect this change. You may have to adjust your server settings to new recommended settings. Please check with your ISP on how to setup your email account or how to adjust the server settings in Tools > Accounts > IMAP(POP) and SMTP.
