Customizing AI Text Generation with Personal Preferences

Hello Community,

I love the features of eM Client that allow AI to generate or rephrase texts directly within emails. This makes everyday business communication much easier.

However, what I’m missing is the ability to configure my own preferences that apply to every text. Here’s an example:

Regional preferences (I’m Swiss): Typographic quotation marks should always be used, and the Eszett (sharp S) should be replaced with “ss” in texts.

There are several other similar preferences that I would like to apply to my writing style in general.

Is there a way to configure such a prompt globally so that it is automatically included with every AI request?

I’ve had decent results running my drafts through unaimytext.com whenever I need them to sound more natural without setting off detectors. I like that I can tweak the tone and still keep emojis, and the character removal tool has saved me time on tight word limits. Might be worth a shot if you’re trying to make AI-heavy text feel more human.
