Hi all - new user and I havent found an answer to this…
When I right click an email, I get a long list of possible functions. Its great to have all of these options, but its so long I sometimes struggle to find the one I want. Is there a way to edit what shows up as options when I right click a message, so I can narrow down the choices to those I frequently use?

I don’t think you can customise the right click option, but you could alt customise the “toolbar” along the top to setup similar quick buttons.
To customise the toolbar, “right click” on the toolbar anywhere and click customise.
Thanks - what about the menu in the email message, in the upper right where it shows a “Reply” arrow icon and if you click on the little down arrow it also brings up a long list of functions?
