I like the fact that eM Client passes the Gmail categories – primary, social, promotions. But I need to view some but not all of my inboxes as my baseline during the day. As it stands now, I want to include 4 out of 5 of them as a group, and I understand that I need to add my own Search Folder, which I’ve done, called “Main Inboxes.” So far, so good.
However, in that Search folder, I no longer derive the benefit of Gmail categories. I’m seeing everything. In the Search Folder properties, I can “Add field” and add “Category” as a selection field, but the one category that I’d imagine everyone wants – “Primary” – is inexplicably missing from the list.
Any thoughts on this or better way to do it or workarounds? Much appreciated.
