I love EM client dearly, and recently started syncronising my different task lists to great effect. But one thing that would be helpful here, and perhaps elsewhere, would be the option to create custom icons on the left navigation that can “drill down” to more specific folders. In my case, I would like to be able to have it open ONLY my personal list on one icon, and then ONLY my work list on another, rather than having to expand the task menu and check and uncheck the menus as needed.
I can see this ability extending to people being able to have a single icon to open JUST their business contacts, or family contacts, or perhaps go straight to their draught email folder, or junk folder - rather than having to expand the left navigation before drilling down to what they need. When I minimise the left navigation bar, it feels like there is still plenty of vertical real estate to permit this without having any consequence to useability of the programme otherwise.
Feel free to let me know if this is already part of the software and I just haven’t figured out where yet.
