When I select “Nieuwe Map aanmaken…” (Create new folder) in the right click menu on Postvak IN, it opens a new window to create the new folder. But the cursor is not set in the new window and typing will actually result in unexpected behaviour.
What I expected was for the cursor to be in the name field so I can start typing immediately.
What version of eM Client do you have. Also are you using Windows or Mac.
I have version 8.2.1237 (b402cf3) on Windows 10.
Ok as you have the most recent version of the program, then I can only presume there is an issue with your current eM Client installation where it sounds like an error in the program somewhere as that is not a known problem.
I would suggest to first make a backup of eM Client by clicking “Menu / Backup” and then once completed, exit the program and uninstall eM Client and “don’t delete the database” on uninstall when asked.
Then download eM Client from the version history page below and reinstall which will automatically pickup your existing database and should then be ok.
