Create global folders for incoming mail only for some accounts

I have 15 mail accounts, and I need to divide all incoming mail in 2 global folders, whereas now there is only one for all accounts, this causes me a lot of confusion, but I need more than one, is this possible? I didn’t find this option.

the pre-configured Smart folders are for all your accounts by default.
However, you can configure SEARCH folders to do this.

In the Search folder set up just set it to take everything from certain Accounts/folders.
