Create a New Data File

Hello,
First time user of eM Client considering purchase of the Pro version.
Outlook has a facility to create an independent data file (see attached screen shot).
It enables me to use rules to copy filtered messaged to this folder which is a priority requirement for me. I do not need a search folder.

I made various unsuccessful attempts (including searching this folder) to see if eM Client had a similar function.

I would appreciate knowing whether such a facility exists and if it does, how I might go about creating the said folder.

eM Client does not use separate data files, so everything is stored within a single database.

You can create separate sections, in Local Folders, and move the messages there either manually or by Rule.

If Local Folders are not visible, you can enable them in Menu > Settings > General > Show Local Folders.
